On February 11, it was my pleasure to join more than 50 alumni and guests in Naples, Florida for the Naples Bicentennial Celebration. I enjoyed having the opportunity to meet alumni whose graduation dates spanned six decades, legacy families of three generations, and parents of prospective students.
With the new academic building, renovation of our athletic facilities, our record enrollment, and positive retention results, the College is moving forward even in the midst of the six feet of snow we have received so far this winter!

First-year students self-select to participate, and we are pleased to report that 28 students have opted wreatling the program, a sign that this program resonates with current students and will appeal to prospective students as well.

Tonight it just didn’t work out for us as a team, but David wrestled really well again. The three Blue Jay seniors in the lineup each went out in style in their final regular season home dual.
I think that those of us who attended would agree that the dinner and insights shared by Bob Stansky achieved that goal. It was a night of threes for the Jamestown High School wrestling team. All three of the classes were dynamic, interesting, and great learning experiences. Appearing headed for a narrow loss, the pounder essentially pulled off a reverse summersault on Alex Kuppy into perfect position and polished it off in style by pinning the Mandan eighth-grader.
